Surat Cargo can deliver products to all points in Turkey. These supply times are valid for provinces and centres. Product deliveries are also made to our provincial/district centers and regions outside the mobile zone. No extra shipping fee is required, but delivery is made on certain days of the week.

When your orders placed on our site are delivered to cargo, cargo shipment information regarding your order will be sent to your e-mail address registered in our system. In short, it is a shipping service offered within the standard delivery times of 1 business day for distances up to 600 km and 2 business days for distances over 600 km, within the scope of addresses to which deliveries are made every day between Yurtiçi Kargo branches within the same province or provinces.

If your product reaches you damaged; You must have the damaged product report prepared by the cargo officer with whom you opened your parcel.

Along with this report, we kindly request you to send us the product/products by cargo, along with their invoices, a note explaining your problem, and a report prepared by the courier officer. Once the products reach us, your new products will be sent to you as soon as possible.
